Bon Appetit is a catering company that was launched by Master Chef Raymond Wasser, from The Netherlands, in New Delhi in 1995. The company specializes in Mediterranean food which hails not only from France, Italy, Spain and Portugal but goes beyond to create and serve cuisines from Morocco, Greece, Lebanon and other countries on the Mediterranean Sea.
Due to an ever changing palate, Bon Appetit has over the years also incorporated other styles of cuisine. Chinese, Indian and Indonesian cuisines are very much a part of their repertoire. Bon Appetit continues to discover new trends in fusion cuisine and has included recipes with influences of Cajun, Creole, Indonesian and Mexican traditions of cooking.
Chef Vimal Victor is the Executive Chef of the company. He started his career with Maurya Sheraton,Delhi. He worked at The Claridges,Delhi in all the departments for 18 years. He also worked at Heineken Museum, Amsterdam. He has been in charge as Executive Chef at Bon Appetit since 1999.
